MDI's Hibbing operations represent the best-of-class products and services we pride ourselves on. Quality focused tray conversion occurs at the Hibbing facility 24 hours a day, five days a week. In 2005 we produced more than 10 million trays in Hibbing for the U.S. Postal Service, enabling the world's largest mail handler to deliver more than 212 billion pieces of mail in 2005. MDI continues to build partnerships with local Hibbing agencies and civic organizations including local city leaders, the Minnesota Workforce Center, Hibbing Community College, and the Hibbing Chamber of Commerce. Itasca County and Hibbing realized a total economic impact of over $26 million as a result of MDI's expanding business since 2004. |
