MDI generates more than 98% of its budget from business revenues, thus maximizing the impact of your contribution by generating at least $9 of operating support for every $1 contributed. Unlike most nonprofit organizations, MDI has developed a competitive business enterprise that supports its purpose of providing progressive development and job opportunities for persons with disabilities and disadvantages.

Please consider an investment in MDI’s greatest asset—the employees who are achieving their dreams of self-sufficiency and independence. Contributions to MDI are tax deductible, and help pay for the essential training, ongoing supports and adaptive equipment MDI employees need to compete with workers who do not face barriers to employment. There are many ways to contribute, including memorials, matching gifts, planned giving or general financial support.
