MDI is excited to announce that we have purchased a state-of-the-art CNC machine! MDI can now produce custom product prototypes at our facility in Grand Rapids, MN. There are numerous ideas and applications for MDI’s PolyEthylene Corrugated Plastic Products. Previously, MDI relied on an external vendor to produce our protoypes and then MDI manufactured the product when the prototype was approved by customers.  This process was often costly and time consuming. With the new CNC, MDI customers and employees are pleased at how quickly we can produce high quality, creative and production-ready prototypes.   Another great reason to choose MDI for your custom plastic product needs.
All custom configurations require customer signoff on drawings and prototypes (if applicable). Additional charges for items such as tooling, screen prints, and engineering will apply.
