MDI’s Double Faced Sheets & Rolls are used by many customers for packaging, protection, banners and more.
Two strong layers of plastic are co-extruded with a corrugated plastic center core. The inner layer consists of a waved flute that runs horizontally. This durable, highly versatile material can be cut to size and shipped as rolls or sheets. It’s a great substitute for corrugated cardboard, chipboard, fiber board or similar products across many customer applications.

MDI offers our double faced product in either rolls or sheets in 160# to 300# High Density Polyethylene corrugated plastic. Rolls are available in 250’ to 400’ in widths of 6” to 53.5”. Sheets are available in 5”x8” up to 53.5”x96”.
