MDI’s Partners2Work program is a great choice for assisting individuals with disabilities in gaining meaningful, productive and rewarding job opportunities. Partners2Work helps individuals find a job in the community.
In the Partners2Work program, we offer a variety of services that are tailored to meet the unique needs of each person. We have strong community relationships, qualified staff, and proven results in assisting people with disabilities.
Partners2Work operates on a referral basis. MDI works with consumers that are referred to us by state and county agencies. If you need help navigating “the system” please call us.
Our programs consists of:
Employment Planning Services:
These services are designed to help individuals understand what kinds of work they like to do and whether their unique skills and abilities are a good match for that job.
Employee Development Services:
These services are designed to assist individuals in making a smooth transition to a new job or career.
Community Employment Services:
These services are designed to assist individuals in their job search, and to provide supports as needed.
