Privacy Policy and Legal Notices

Your privacy is a priority at Minnesota Diversified Industries (MDI), and we go to great lengths to protect it. Please take a moment to read the following to learn more about our information practices, including what type of information is gathered, how the information is used, to whom we disclose the information, and how we safeguard your personal information.

Collection of Information

You may visit MDI’s website without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself. Our web servers collect domain names, not visitors’ email addresses. Domain name information that we collect is not used to personally identify you, however, we may use this domain name to analyze trends, troubleshoot and administer our website, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use.

Our web servers seek (as many web sites do) to place a “cookie” (a small data file) on your computer’s hard drive which allows the server to recognize your computer when it visits again, in order to track statistical information about navigation to and throughout certain areas of our site, and to MDI promotions on other sites. This cookie is not used to obtain your name or any personal data, and the information that is tracked is used only for internal purposes, such as to improve site navigation and to measure the effectiveness of our promotional placements, and is not shared with anyone other than MDI affiliates and contractors who assist MDI in these efforts and are bound to confidentiality. If you prefer not to accept cookies, you can set your browser to reject them or to alert you before one is placed.

When you submit an inquiry to us from our site, such as your name and email address, we use the personal information you provide only to respond to your inquiry or to process your request. This information may be securely stored within MDI, but only if necessary to fulfill your request for related purposes. We do not share, sell, or lease personal information about you to any third-parties for their marketing use. We will release information about you if you direct us to do so, if we are required by law to do so, or in other legally limited circumstances (for example, to protect you from fraud).

Security of Information

We maintain strict physical, electronic and administrative safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized or inappropriate access. We restrict access to information about you to those MDI employees who need the information to perform a specific job.

“I like the wide variety of packaging and assembly work that we perform here at MDI.”

Robert Lofquist, MDI Twin Cities Employee

“There are several reasons we do business with MDI, and it’s not just because we need their products. They are extremely responsive, very easy to work with, and their prices are some of the best in the industry. The products produced are high quality and have worked well for us. Knowing that we are helping individuals with disabilities have sustainable employment is what makes MDI a great company and a great partner.”
