A layered extrusion process creates MDI’s corrugated laminate product. Formulation, heat, time and pressure are carefully monitored to ensure that each manufactured lot displays consistent thickness, flexibility and weight.

Two strong outer layers of plastic are co-extruded with a corrugated plastic center core. The inner layer consists of a waved flute that runs horizontally. This design provides added strength to the finished product.

Two-layer product that consists of one outer layer co-extruded to a corrugated layer. The result is a flexible product ideal for replacing paper and cardboard.
