Independent outside lab testing confirms that MDI’s product exhibits as much as 65% greater impact resistance (inch per pound) than profile board and withstands 26% more weight (pounds per square inch) than most corrugated products, making it a stronger and more durable solution.

Quality Assurance

From supplier selection to processing and delivery, MDI’s Quality Assurance group identifies the necessary quality check points throughout the manufacturing process and evaluates finished products against specification.

Material Selection

MDI utilizes high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) resins from the highest-quality suppliers worldwide. Supplier performance is measured by product consistency, on-time delivery and pricing on a real-time basis.
