Sonic Welding

We create permanent, waterproof seams for heavy-duty totes and trays without mechanical fasteners. Sonic welding is ideal for high-cycle applications where the joint needs to hold up to repeated loading and unloading.

Heat Bending & Scoring

We form rigid corrugated plastic into precise, continuous shapes for custom boxes and dividers. Heat bending allows us to create seamless corners and complex geometries that would otherwise require multiple pieces.

Hardware Integration

We add wire rims, heavy-duty handles, Velcro closures, and custom latches for specialized handling requirements. If your product needs to be secured, stacked, or transported in a specific way, we build the hardware in.

Custom Dividers & Dunnage

We cut and assemble interlocking divider sets that protect individual parts from scratching and impact during transit. Dunnage can be designed to exact part dimensions for a snug, damage-free fit.
