The Ability Bash
Our premier annual event celebrating inclusive employment. The Ability Bash brings together business leaders, community partners, and MDI employees for an evening of impact stories, networking, and fundraising to support our mission.
Join us as we recognize the companies and individuals making inclusive employment a reality in Minnesota. Sponsorship opportunities are available for businesses who want to demonstrate their commitment to disability inclusion.
Special Olympics
Partnership Events
As a proud partner of Special Olympics Minnesota, we actively participate in and sponsor events year-round. From the Polar Plunge to the Summer Games, our team is out in the community supporting athletes and promoting inclusion in sports and in the workplace.
