Career Skills Training
We offer tailored courses that help individuals build personal and professional development tools. From basic workplace communication to advanced operational skills, our training programs are designed around each person’s abilities and aspirations — not a one-size-fits-all curriculum.
Job Coaching & Support
Success on the job requires the right support. Our Employment Support Specialists provide daily job coaching, goal setting, and hands-on training across all our manufacturing facilities. We work to identify each employee’s strengths and put the right supports in place so they can learn, grow, and stay.
Community Placement Services
If your goal is to work outside our facilities, we’re here to help you get there. Our competitive job placement program works directly with local businesses to match job seekers with the right employers — then provides ongoing support to ensure a successful transition.
Our Placement Staff work with both job seekers and referral sources to find the best fit based on skills, abilities, and interests.
Who We Serve
Our employment services are open to individuals with documented disabilities, as well as those referred through vocational rehabilitation, county services, and community partners. We are accredited by CARF, certified by MN DEED Vocational Rehabilitation Services, and licensed by MN DHS for home and community-based services (245D).
Overcoming our differences is what makes us a great team. We all feel like a family.
