5K for Acceptance Color Run

The Annual 5K for Acceptance Color Run/Walk/Skate/Bike is a perfect example of people from the Grand Rapids community coming together in support of Special Olympics - Itasca County. Hibbing Beautification Project

MDI's Gary Flasland and Andy Tracy assisted other community members at the Hibbing Chamber of Commerce Annual Beautification Project. Vans and U-Haul’s full of flowers were hung on light poles along Howard Street and 1st Avenue. Chamber members set the beautiful flowers at the base of the light poles while another crew placed them onto the poles.
