Minnesota Diversified Industries, Inc. is one of four related nonprofit organizations which also include MDI Government Services, MDI Commercial Services, and Deer River Hired Hands, Inc. The four entities file separate Form 990s with the IRS. Each 990 presents a portion of our programs and should be viewed in conjunction with one another to understand the actual operations as a whole. The audited consolidated financial statements provide the most comprehensive financial representation MDI.
