What ‘Success at Work’ Scholarship Program is
The MDI Success at Work scholarship program is a commitment to supporting the educational endeavors of students within the communities we proudly serve. The scholarship program is for applicants between the ages of 18 and 21 who live in or near the communities MDI serves including: Minneapolis, Hibbing, Grand Rapids and Cohasset.
About the Program and MDI
The scholarship program is just one of several MDI initiatives that help grow talent in the communities it serves.
MDI’s Success at Work scholarship is intended for students who want to live and work in the Greater Itasca Area. It is also intended to grow the local workforce and help students pursue education that will increase their career opportunities and earning potential.
MDI’s mission is to provide meaningful employment for people with disabilities, as nearly half of its employees have a disability.
