Current Incentives

Salesperson must be noted on every purchase order. No carryovers from previous or subsequent months allowed.1099 Tax statement will be issued to individuals who receive annual cash/prize awards of $600 or more. Rolls, sheets, & pads excluded from “custom product” calculations. Minimum order total; excludes screen & die charges as part of order calculation.

Monthly Contests

  • Greatest new bookings/orders for custom products orders per salesperson orders of $3k+: 1st place $500, 2nd place $250, 3rd place $100
  • Brand new business POs for standard or custom product: $500 award
  • $250 discount on screen or die for custom product

Annual & Periodic Incentives

  • Annual $1,000: greatest total year-over-year growth of $10K per salesperson: 1st: $1,000; 2nd $750; 3rd $500 awards
  • Greatest YOY growth award of $25k+ per company: 1st place $1,000, 2nd $750; 3rd $500 awards
  • Periodic $100: “deal-specific” award to secure specific orders per salesperson
